What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We have a 48 hour cancelation policy to with completely cancel your appointment or move to another time or day. Please call or email us if you need to move your appointment outside of the 48 hour period.
What if I'm running late?
Please call us to let us know. We will always try our best to accomodate your appointment within a reasonable time period.
Can I meet the healer prior to booking?
Our in-house healers love meeting everyone and talking about their treatments. They are working in the space on their allocated days (please check the diary) and outside of treatments will be around to meet you and answer any questions.
I'm not happy with my treatment/service?
We offer a 5 minute check-in at the start of our treatments and services where if you are not happy to continue please let your healer know and they will stop and a full refund will be given.
Do you have disabled access?
At the moment all of our treatments and services are located on the lower ground floor which has stair access. If you are unable to use the stairs please contact us.
I have medical issues do you need to know?
Treatments and services which require details will prompt you for this whilst booking or email you a consultation form. Please discuss any concerns with your healer on the day of your appointment.
What are your opening hours?
Monday - Friday 11am-5.30pm
Saturday 10am-6pm
Sunday 11am-5pm
Is there an age limit?
Over 16s only for all of our treatments and services. All ages welcome in our shop (although under 11's we ask shop with an adult)
I can't find a suitable date/time to book?
Please let us know and we will find you an alternate date or out of hours appointment
Is there parking nearby?
Church Street is pedestrianised but the closest car park is a short walk away on Flood Lane.
