OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms & Conditions (these “Terms”) contain the terms and conditions on which we provide access to our Spiritual Healing Room. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using The Hare and The Moon Spiritual Healing Room.
The Meditation Room is open as per the advertised appointment dates on www.thehareandthemoon.co.uk.
To use the Mediation Room, you must either prebook online or in our shop located at 23 Church Street, Twickenham, TW1. Membership cards will be issued to all members and can then be collected from The Hare and The Moon. Only those who have provided requested details via our booking system will be issued a membership card which is solely for the use of the named member
While using our Meditation Room, your well-being and safety is important to us. The team is here to facilitate only. We ask you to monitor your own physical and emotional wellbeing during the use of our Meditation Room. The Hare and the Moon Limited does not accept responsibility for your safety and wellness during the use of this space.
For the safety and security of our Meditation Room users, the Meditation Room is monitored by a security camera.
Please remove shoes before entering the Meditation Room.
NUMBER OF VISITS - 8 a month max stay 20mins
Please have phones on silent or switched off before entering the Meditation Room (no vibrating). You may take photographs in the Meditation Room but please do not include other people without their consent.
Please do not bring any food or drink into the Meditation Room. The only exceptions are drinks in a secure container that won’t leak or spill.
Access to the Meditation Room is reserved for those over the age of 18.
Maximum occupancy of the Mediation Room is 1 person. If the room is already occupied we advise you to come back at another time. You can ask The Hare and The Moon staff to contact you when there is availability but please note this may not always be possible.
During busy periods, maximum length of stay in the Meditation Room is 20 minutes.
The Hare and The Moon staff have the right to refuse access to the Meditation Room. This is not discriminatory
We may contact you by email, telephone, SMS or via the internet in relation to the Meditation Room. We will not give your personal data to any other third party without your prior consent.
We reserve the right to change or update these terms and conditions, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time, and will notify users of the Services by posting such changed or updated Privacy Policy on this page.
Your continued use of the Services constitutes your agreement to abide by the Privacy Policy as changed.
Under certain circumstances (for example, if we would like to use your personal information in a manner different from that stated in our Privacy Policy at the time of collection), we may also elect to notify you of changes or updates to our Privacy Policy by additional means, such as by sending you an email.

The Hare and the Moon Limited reserves the right to redraw membership and usage of the room at any time without prior notice or reason
